Ainua Portal is a hosted (Azure/Europe) SaaS service based on modern web-technologies. It consists of REST interfaces for integration, a data storage and user interfaces. It has administration side for portal admins and client side for end-users to use. The content and appearance of the client side is managed using the admin side.

The basic concept of Ainua Portal is that it builds of a number of pages, each representing one logical collection of information. Typical pages content are messages, subscriptions, own information, projects, campaigns, etc. What ever is a logical way to represent information within the organization.

Solution architecture

Typical solution architecture within a company utilizing Ainua Portal as their information interface towards their customers is a setup where you have:

• number of existing back-office solutions (CRM, ERP, ticketing, etc.)
• an integration solution for managing data transfers to and from portal (workflow solution, customer data platfrom, etc.)
• a portal service based on Ainua Portal
